Road to race equity

The aim of this project was to visually depict the progress of City University has made in its commitment to fostering race equity and equality. In this project, I chose to represent the journey as a road, symbolizing the path towards a more inclusive and equitable environment. Each stop along the road signifies a milestone or initiative that City, University of London has undertaken to promote race equity. From educational programs and cultural events to policy changes and community engagement, these stops showcase the university's dedication to fostering a diverse and inclusive community. As the journey continues into the distance, it represents the ongoing work that lies ahead. It serves as a reminder that the pursuit of race equity is a continuous process, requiring collective effort, dialogue, and sustained commitment. The illustration encourages viewers to reflect on the progress made, celebrate achievements, and remain motivated to address the challenges that still exist.
